2. Use of WhatsApp Automation & Account Safety

Our SaaS application acts as a conduit interface connecting to web browser instances via QR Code link profiles. You acknowledge that:

• AtoZ AI Sender is NOT affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Inc.
• You are solely responsible for the content, distribution, and list verification of broadcast campaigns.
• Account Safety Notice: If your WhatsApp account gets blocked or suspended due to spam complaints, high frequency of sending, or reports by recipients, AtoZ AI Sender holds no liability or responsibility under any circumstances.
• We recommend using moderate send delays and rotating between multiple slot profiles to avoid bans.

3. SaaS License and Account Limits

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform according to your active plan restrictions (number of slots allowed, campaigns capacity etc.). Unauthorized reselling or sharing of login tokens is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service to dispatch spam, promotional messages to unsubscribed lists, malware links, or content that violates WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.
